So, once the weight is on its way off and we’ve worked through that, we really get to work on feeling better in your life. One of my clients who has lost a ton of weight recently told me, “My whole life feels better after coaching with you… “ Which totally melts my heart and is why I do this work.

I know what it’s like to feel like you are in a never ending weight loss and weight gain spiral and I know what it feels like to feel not great in your mind as well. And at the core of it, they feed on each other, one contributes to the other… They are totally connected.

So in this podcast I wanted to share some tools that are helping my clients just feel better in their life.
