Yes.

I am a Weight Loss Coach… I’ve helped my clients lose well over 700 pounds and I am telling you, as part of your Holiday Protocol I want you to plan to eat the holiday treats you love.

In the Weight Loss by Brittany World… part of your protocol is including off protocol things on your plan, 24 hours in advance, and enjoying the heck out of them. Guilt free.

So think about the things you love. Not the stuff that is “eh…” I mean the thing that you love the most. For me? My Dad’s Dilly Bread and my husband’s Peanut Butter Pie and some seasonal high quality ice cream are going to be at the top of my list.

I am going to make a plan for them and enjoy them.
