Going Out to Dinner
I had a lot of thoughts about going out to eat before this weight loss journey. Thoughts about... "Opening the flood gate, "Not being able to control myself, " not knowing how many points things where, not being able to lose weight and go out to eat at the same time, setting myself back, allowing myself opportunity to not have to think about what I was eating, giving myself a chance to indulge and overeat. I am telling you, your brain can offer you hundreds of reasons to eat, overeat, emphasize the importance of food, that ultimately give you the results you currently have in your life. In this episode, I am going show you how I used to approach going out to dinner, how I approached it while I was losing weight and how I approach it now after the weight is long gone.
