Feeling Discomfort
In an effort to alleviate temporary discomfort of any kind, many of us turn to food to avoid feeling that discomfort.
In doing so, by not feeling temporary discomfort, we hurt ourselves for the long term. We actually provide more long term discomfort for ourselves in the form of extra energy being on our body.
In this podcast, I give you a glimpse of what results you could create for yourself if you learned to feel the discomfort all of the way through and that eventually, you will feel more comfortable making better choices for yourself and having your own back.
