 Have you ever considered eating things like ice cream, cookies, and alcohol mean that you are “off track?"

 It's like…. if you are eating those things then you are off track and if you aren't then you are on track???

 What if eating those things, as part of your plan, was actually part of your “track” to permanent weight loss? And now that the holiday is over, there is no track to get on or off of, and instead you are still smoothly sailing on your personal track toward your weight loss goals. 

 In this week's podcast, I address some amazing questions from a long time listener addressing just this issue. 

One question she had was "Do you ever miss eating sugar." I forgot to mention in the podcast, that I honestly feel so much better when not eating sugar and flour on the regular especially from the standpoint of feeling bloated. I do eat sugar and flour with some regularity in the form of joy eats, like some amazing local ice cream, but I don't overeat it and honestly, I don't eat a ton of flour at this point.
