Signs You Might be An Emotional Eater
Do you ever feel like certain events happen or circumstances occur, and food just jumps into your mouth.
Like, “x,y,z happened…therefore I had to eat/drink x,y,z."
This is definitely a sign that you are an emotional eater…. when you let certain events, things people say, or actions of others, create feelings inside of you, that you settle with food and booze.
Everyone does this from time to time, but for some people, it creates long term results they do not desire.
