Do you hate being hungry?
I know I did….
I was constantly on Hungry Girl's website looking for foods that will keep me full, I would carry around 0 point items just in case I got hungry, and I would look for the Weight Watchers recipes with the most food volume so I could be full and distended and still somehow lose weight…
I avoided hunger like the plague… it was something that needed to be solved for instantly.
