What are the things you look forward to the most about your life?
I know for me….
I couldn't wait for lunch so I could have some white chocolate macadamia cookies from the lounge.
I couldn't wait to get home to snack on some left over whopper eggs from Easter.
I couldn't wait until my kid went down so I could open a bottle of wine…
What do all of these things have in common?
They are highly concentrated pleasure in the form of food and booze.
So what do you think happens when I guide my clients to eat when they are hungry and stop when they are satisfied and plan for their joy eat…
They freak out, because all of a sudden…
