Breakthroughs Part 2
In coaching we experience something called breakthroughs.
Breakthroughs occur when we start to understand how our thoughts have been leading to our results. We come to understand why we are the way we are. We start to heal the parts of us that are hurting, and we are able to make peace and move forward.
In this podcast I add some additional examples of breakthroughs I’ve had in ways you might be able to relate.
Ultimately, I want you to figure out who you are, want you want, and operate from a place of your own authentic values in your life.
Once you do that, the process of weight loss becomes so much easier.
